Programming & Technique consultation
Provided as part of the service:
- 60-90 minute call via zoom
- Deep dive into programming and technique for the SBD lifts
- Macro/Meso/Micro restructuring
- Peak & taper planning
- Infrequent/weekly communication for the first 8 Weeks
One-off payment of $200 AUD
Gameday Handling
Provided as part of the service:
- Initial 30-60 minute Gameday planning/strategising call
- Communication 3 weeks before the competition, with check-ins each week to ensure the best result
- Day made smooth with an experienced coach
