Face to face Coaching

My in-person coaching is built around more than just showing up to the gym. Each session is tailored to your goals, current abilities, and lifestyle. Whether you’re new to lifting or chasing performance at a higher level, I focus on technique, progression, and building the confidence to train effectively on your own. Training with me means hands-on feedback, accountability, and a structured approach that adapts as you do.

  • Initial Fitness Assessment: This comprehensive one-hour assessment will enable our personal trainers to develop a personalised training program specific to you.

    Weekly 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: 45 minute sessions each week, tailored to your membership.

    Monthly Program: Your personal trainer will reassess and update your personal training program as required so you stay accountable and on track towards your goals.

    Weekly Check-Ins: Every week your personal trainer will check in with you to see how things are going and what should be your specific focus for the week.

    Trainerize App Access: Set your health and wellness goals and track your sessions with this simple to use online app.

    Nutrition Guidance: Access to healthy recipes through our online members-only portal

    Ongoing Support: You will have unlimited access to our personal trainers outside of sessions to ask questions and receive support when you need it.

1 on 1 Face to face sessions

A focused 45-minute session designed for your individual goals. You’ll get hands-on coaching, tailored programming, and real-time feedback to ensure proper technique, steady progress, and confidence in your training.

Semi-private sessions

A 60-minute session in a small group setting. You’ll train alongside up to 4 people, each following a tailored program with individual coaching and feedback. This option combines personal attention with the motivation and support of group training.
